Content policy
Last updated: October 23, 2026
1. Our content
Biblim publishes original, anime-inspired vertical comics that retell Bible stories for Christian families and children aged 7 to 12. This policy explains how we create that content and the rules for using it.
2. AI-assisted art, curated by people
Our illustrations are made with the help of OpenAI image-generation tools and are then reviewed, selected, edited and, when needed, redone or discarded by people. No illustration is published without human review.
We keep a record of the prompts used for each illustration.
3. Original characters and style
Our characters and visual style are original. We don't ask the tools to imitate existing artists, studios, comics, platforms or franchises, and we don't use copyrighted characters or third-party trademarks.
4. Bible texts
The Bible narratives are retold in our own words, in language children can follow. We don't copy text from copyrighted Bible translations (such as ARA, ARC or NVI). Any literal quotation will come from a public-domain translation, in quotation marks and with its reference.
Panel texts are free adaptations and are marked “Free adaptation of” followed by the Bible references, so families can read the original passage in their Bible.
5. Respectful, age-appropriate portrayal
- No nudity: characters are always shown in modest clothing.
- God is represented only as light, never as a human figure.
- Violence and difficult themes are handled gently and age-appropriately, without graphic or frightening scenes.
- Episodes may include a note for parents with ideas for talking with children.
6. Diversity without stereotypes
We portray people with a natural variety of skin tones, hair types, features and body types that fits each story's setting, without stereotypes and without linking anyone's appearance to their character.
7. No exclusivity claim
AI-generated elements may resemble images generated by others, so we don't claim that every AI-generated element is exclusive. What is ours is the curation, scripts, texts and composition of the stories.
8. Rules for using the content
Biblim content is for personal and family reading, not for commercial use. You may not:
- copy content automatically (scraping, bots) or download it in bulk;
- redistribute, republish or sell paid content;
- share your account with people outside your family.
Sharing links to our stories is always welcome. See also our Terms of use.
9. Reports and takedowns
If you believe any Biblim content infringes your rights (copyright, likeness or trademark) or is inappropriate, email contact.biblim@gmail.com with:
- your name and a way to contact you;
- a link to the content;
- which right is involved and why you believe it has been infringed.
We review every request carefully and, where appropriate, remove or correct the content. We may take it down while we review it, and we will reply as soon as possible with our decision.
